On a related note, here is a list of things I have recently learned to do one-handed.
-Eat
-Put on make-up (eyeliner is awfully tricky)
-Get dressed (quite a contortionist act)
-Crack an egg
-Butter toast
-Type on the computer
-Tie children's shoes
-Push kids in the swing
-Plant flowers
-Sweep the floor
-Do my hair (it never really looks good anyway, so one-handed isn't too different)
-Brush Annie's teeth
-Wash Annie's hair
-Vacuum
-Load the washing machine
-Fold clothes
One thing I can't quite seem to master is playing both the bass and treble clef lines of piano music. That's a little tricky for me two-handed, so I'm not sure I will ever get the hang of it...

I just got finished having a great chuckle at your track post...the tale of the underwear bandit about had me in tears. And, I can't say that I have mastered some of your one-handed tasks-even after two babies that liked being strapped to mommy.
