Blessed

Blessed to have a sweet, healthy and charming little baby boy.

Blessed to have a husband worthy and willing to listen to the whisperings of the Holy Ghost and give him a beautiful and meaningful blessing.

Blessed that charming baby was well-behaved during said blessing and pretty much all the rest of the day minus this picture and a few minutes when he was starving.

Blessed that so many family members were able to come enjoy the day with us.
Not-so-blessed to have the weather cloud up during late afternoon sacrament meeting. I guess you can't win them all. Most people were forced to eat inside. The two lone stalwarts at the table made me smile.

But mostly, blessed to believe whole-heartedly in the promises given to my sweet baby and to have seen the power of the priesthood manifest in the lives of those I love. A wonderful blessing from a loving Father in Heaven. Thank you to the men in my life who have continually blessed me with this gift. May you one day grow to hold and honor this priesthood also, little Ben my blessed son.
