Cousins

Little Ben is quite lucky to have a cousin, Claire, just two weeks older than he is. I see all kinds of trouble brewing in the future. Especially when Ben is joined in June by another boy cousin. Poor Claire may get a heavy dose of teasing in her life. I was at my sister's house this week for Claire's one-month birthday party and we tried to get some pictures of them. You can imagine how successful that was.
Claire was completely uncooperative while I was trying to take pictures. She kept rolling onto her side and looking away. Then, my sister tried to get some pictures and it was Ben who wouldn't look at the camera.

It was fun to watch them by each other - they even cooed at each other a bit. They weigh about the same right now, but Ben is longer and Claire has a bigger head (my kids all have teensy little heads). I laugh every time I see Claire because she has so much dark hair and her three older siblings were blonde as could be right from birth.
