Home

Two days in the hospital and home never seemed so nice. Not that they didn't treat us good - thanks for the suite room, Andrea. Even still - stuck in bed, hospital food, iv for two days (I had a bit of a blood problem and got vampire diet for a day), nurses in the middle of the night wanting to take my baby away...not my favorite. The kids, upon returning from a little Disney on Ice with Grandma and Grandpa, were overjoyed to have their baby brother home. Annie came in the house and sat on the couch and started glaring at me. I thought she might be a bit jealous that I was holding her brother and not her. Turns out she was just mad it wasn't her turn yet. She started smiling again as soon as I handed him over.
Later that evening, Ben got his first go at "movie and copcorn" night and slept right through the whole thing. Can't say I blame him. The movie selections are never my favorites either
Good thing Daddy has a big lap to cuddle on - she wants to be near the action at all times.

Oh my heavens--he is just too cute! I love Annie's cheeser in all the pics. She is hilarious! I'm glad you're home and settled. Hopefully you're getting a little rest.

Good choice on the name! Ben is a great name. I cracked up when I read your post about the woes of naming a baby. I can totally relate! We had many of the same problems. :)
