Tea Party

 Annie held her annual Valentine's Tea Party last week.  She has been planning it since her birthday was over in July, so she was quite excited.  That girl just loves parties.

 We were in the grocery store a few days before the party and before I knew it, she had balloons and flowers and all sorts of party stuff in the cart.  She's a sneaky one!

 And here are our party guests.  My favorite part of the party was when the girls were all quietly eating their food and Annie said, "why is everyone so quiet?"  One little girl, who is generally decidedly not quiet, declared in her most proper voice, "because that's what ladies do - they be quiet."  I laughed quite hard at that comment - and sorta wondered if I needed to insert an explanation that ladies didn't always have to be quiet.
