Just a little advice for if you also have a 10-month-old, or maybe a 9- or 11-month-old who rolls down a couple of stairs, lands on your tile, and is quite upset about the fall. Red Vines. They work like a charm.
And a little more unsolicited advice - get your bath tub ready. This is not a clean solution.
Nice to see the old child development degree(s) are paying off.
**Please note that the red you see in these pictures is licorice juice, not blood. He was not injured in the fall. Phew.**

Thanks! I will remember that! What a cutie with red vines smooshed all over his face.
When I first glanced at the picture before reading- I thought it was blood. I am glad it wasn't. He sure is a cute little thing!
My goodness he cheered up fast after I left.
Where was this post two days ago when Claire tumbled down the stairs??
That is one messy face on one very cute little boy! A giant lollipop worked like a champ the other day when Garrett bit into a raw jalapeno pepper. Thank heavens for sugar! (It makes me feel a little better about my parenting skills that even you resort to candy sometimes.)
