Paradise Valley

Paradise Valley - isn't that a nice name for an orchard? For last week's Field Trip Friday, we met up with some cousins and headed to an apple orchard. It was a lovely fall day, although a little too warm to be a perfect fall day. I finally got all my peaches taken care of and now have a bunch of apples I need to figure out what to do with.

I thought Kelli and I would be the only ones picking, but these little troopers filled up our wagon in a hurry!

If you live in Cache Valley, you should head over there for an afternoon. They have fresh cider for sale too! I love fresh cider...

And don't worry, I think we have plenty of ideas for how we can use up the apples.
